1. Acceptance of these terms
By using redvivax.com, you agree to these terms. If you engage Redvivax for paid services, the relevant proposal, quotation, statement of work or contract will also apply. If there is a conflict, the signed client agreement takes priority for that engagement.
2. Website information
The information on this website is provided for general business and marketing purposes. We aim to keep it useful and accurate, but it may not always be complete, current or suitable for a specific decision. Nothing on the website creates a professional engagement until both parties agree to a defined scope.
3. Proposals, fees and payment
Service scope, deliverables, timing, fees and payment terms will be stated in the applicable proposal or agreement. Package prices shown on the website are starting points and may change when requirements change. Advertising spend, platform charges, licences, domain fees, hosting and third-party costs are separate unless expressly included.
Work may begin after any required approval, deposit or initial payment is received. Late payment may pause work or delivery in accordance with the client agreement.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- providing accurate information, materials and timely feedback;
- confirming they have rights to materials supplied to Redvivax;
- reviewing and approving content, claims, offers and final work before publication where approval is required;
- maintaining appropriate access, permissions and security for their accounts; and
- ensuring their business, advertising and published content comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
5. Intellectual property
Clients retain ownership of materials they supply. Redvivax retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, tools, templates, know-how and reusable systems. Ownership or licensing of final deliverables will be defined in the client agreement and may depend on full payment.
Website text, design elements and branding owned by Redvivax may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law permits.
6. Results and third-party platforms
Marketing performance depends on many factors outside Redvivax's control, including market demand, competition, budgets, client decisions, platform systems and search-engine changes. We do not guarantee a particular ranking, reach, lead volume, revenue or other result unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
Third-party platforms may change their prices, policies, algorithms, availability or account decisions. Redvivax is not responsible for a third party's systems, outages or independent actions.
7. Confidentiality
Each party should protect non-public business information received in connection with a project and use it only for the agreed purpose, subject to any more detailed confidentiality terms in a client agreement and any disclosure required by law.
8. Cancellation and termination
Cancellation, notice periods, refunds, handover and final payment are governed by the applicable proposal or client agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, completed work and third-party costs already committed remain payable.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Redvivax is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or a third-party service. Any project-specific liability terms will be set out in the signed client agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it unlawfully or use its content to infringe another person's rights.
11. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute in good faith before using the courts or another agreed resolution process.
