Use of Service in Accordance with Social Media Policies

You agree to use Redvivax’s services in compliance with the policies and terms of service of any social media platform associated with the services. Misuse of our services to violate third-party policies is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination of your account without refund.

Pricing and Rate Adjustments

Redvivax reserves the right to adjust its rates at any time without prior notification. Rates are valid at the time of placing an order, regardless of any subsequent rate changes. Orders already placed are not subject to retroactive rate adjustments.

Delivery Estimates

Although we aim to deliver services within the specified timeframe (0-48 hours), delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If delivery does not occur within 48 hours, customers may request a cancellation. Please note that service delivery delays do not constitute a breach of this agreement.

Service Adjustments

To ensure the successful completion of orders, we reserve the right to adjust the type of service provided if deemed necessary. By using our services, you agree not to pursue any legal action against Redvivax related to modifications or adjustments made to service types to meet order requirements.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Redvivax is not liable for any unauthorized account usage resulting from failure to secure account credentials.

Limited Liability

Redvivax shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use our services. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

No Refund Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified, except under the specific conditions outlined in this agreement (such as delivery delays exceeding 48 hours).

Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redvivax, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Non-Solicitation

You agree not to solicit or attempt to solicit other Redvivax clients or contractors for your own business or any other third-party services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdictional court specified by Redvivax.

Legal Limitations

By using our services, you agree that Redvivax shall not be subject to lawsuits or claims based on service performance, quality, or type adjustments. Acceptance of our services implies waiver of legal action against us for service-related grievances.
